R. M. Wilson Apartments are located in Rocky Mount, NC and consists of forty-one one bedroom and nine two bedroom affordable apartments for seniors over 62 years of age. This unique building, formally the R. M. Wilson School, was re-purposed and renovated to become apartments in 1980. Located close to downtown, the resident can visit many local events such as the fair, barbecue competitions, and music events as well as shopping and restaurants.
Along with being a great location, R. M. Wilson charges rent based on the applicants income with utilities included. Some restrictions apply.
